Let me start by sharing a little about myself. I was born in a small Sicilian community, where I learned early on how to adapt, persevere, and find creative solutions to challenges. As a non-native English speaker, every step of my journey has been a lesson in resilience, and those lessons have shaped who I am today.
Over the years, I’ve had a career that’s taken me across industries and continents. From working in manufacturing and government to leading virtual teams across North America and Europe, I’ve seen firsthand how the world of work is evolving. I’ve also spent over a decade supporting Military and Veteran families, developing programs that make a tangible difference in people’s lives.
Today, I’m a Career Strategist and Leadership Coach passionate about helping leaders land their dream roles, excel in their current positions, and transition to the next chapter of their careers with confidence. Through my own battles with imposter syndrome and moments of career crossroads, I’ve discovered tools, strategies, and insights that I’m excited to share with you here.
